Two sites:

36 Willow Road has 40 Units with base rents beginning at $450-$550-$650 and 32% of their income beginning January 1, 2023. Heat and Hot water included.

20 School Street has 30 Units – All electric with monthly energy rebate, single units get $50 off of monthly rent but cannot go under base rent set. Double units get $55 a month rebate off rent but cannot go under base rent set ($450, $550, $650)

Willow Road was built in 1977 – 40 units plus a community building
School Street was built in 1988- 30 units plus a community building

Laundry facilities are on site.

Eligible Individuals Are:

62 Years of Age or Older OR Certified Disabled and Receiving Social Security Disability/SSI

Meet Income Guidelines – Single person (1) maximum income is $66,160 / Double (2) maximum income is $75,600

Have a demonstrated ability to pay rent/ Background/Credit Check Requirements/One Month Security Deposit

Two pull cords for medical 911 – Emergencies/Fire and Heat alarms/24-7 Monitoring

On site laundry facilities / Community Room

Non-Smoking / Except designated smoking areas at each complex (Gazebo)
